BEWARE of carrying fake goods from famous brands. There so many stories among women who just landed at the international airport. The fake bag that they use was confiscated by the officers. It’s still okay if the officers just take the stuffs, but sometimes the stuffs are destroyed in front of them.

Supervision of counterfeit goods is getting tighter nowadays. Especially in Europe, the company does education including to the officers at the airport so they are able to identify a genuine or fake goods. Louis Vuitton, according to various records, is the brand that got replica the most.

Although the quality of counterfeit goods is getting more sophisticated-sometimes difficult for those unfamiliar with the world of consumption to distinguish it from the original-the store clerk can certainly differentiate.
There is a story, a woman from Asia ( I can’t say where is she from) shopping at a famous brand boutique in Singapore. The bag she was wearing was original. But when the small purse out of the bag, the store had a glimpse of her wallet. Shortly after return back to her country, this woman received a letter from this famous brand whose contents warning along with its legal consequences, that she was wearing a fake wallet from their brand. Damn.

The problem of counterfeiting is taken seriously by famous brands. They feel they need to protect their trademark, design, and copyright for their logo and symbols.
In fact, these fake goods are still everywhere around us, it is merely showing that eradication of counterfeiting is not that easy.

If you look at the dynamics of business now where symbols and brands put forward as the spearhead to sell products, you can imagine the value of a symbol, a logo. Modern companies invest thousands to millions of dollars for a logo, the branding business symbols. For paint items, investment for images embodied through logos can outperform investments for their own products-the objects that the public aspires to.
